Privacy policy

INFRAPacket only keeps the information required for your account: email address, full name and optional company name.

Imported network data is limited to a list of non-sensitive fields. No password, no Wi-Fi passphrase and no API token is recorded.

UniFi API key

When you connect a UniFi installation, your API key is transmitted to our backend only for the requested operation (key test, site listing, data import). It then stays only in the volatile memory of your browser tab, for the duration of the import flow.

This key is never recorded: not in a database, not in a vault, not in browser local storage, and not in a cookie, a URL or a log. It disappears automatically at the end of each import or update, if you cancel or leave the import flow, on a page refresh, when the tab is closed, or on sign-out.

For a complete import, Ubiquiti requires a key created by the console Owner account: such a key is privileged and sensitive. INFRAPacket only reads configuration and data, and cannot technically restrict a key on the Ubiquiti side. Revoke the key in UniFi Site Manager after the import.

Only the sanitized data required for your documents is retained (inventory, networks, Wi-Fi without passphrases, clients, health, WAN information). INFRAPacket only performs read operations and never modifies your UniFi configuration.

Temporary retention of generated documents

Generated PDF documents may be retained temporarily by INFRAPacket for up to 30 days for technical support, diagnostics and claim handling purposes. These copies are accessible only to INFRAPacket support and are deleted automatically at the end of that period or when the account is deleted.

Payments

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered with Stripe, never pass through INFRAPacket, and are not stored by us.

INFRAPacket only keeps the information required to manage your account commercially: the customer identifier and the payment or subscription identifiers provided by Stripe, the active plan, its validity period and the associated rights (for example a document unlocked for 14 days). These items are used to apply your access rights and for billing, and are never sold.
