Terms of use

INFRAPacket is a network documentation generation service intended for integrators. Users remain responsible for the data they import and for how the generated documents are used.

API keys provided for an import are never stored: they stay only in the volatile memory of the browser tab during the current import flow, and are cleared automatically once processing ends or if the flow is cancelled or left. No network secret (password, Wi-Fi passphrase, token) is retained. A key created by the console Owner account is privileged: users undertake to revoke it in UniFi Site Manager after use. INFRAPacket only performs read operations and never modifies the UniFi configuration.

Plans and payment

Four plans are available: Discovery (free, one site and one document, watermarked PDF, usable once per account), One-off document (single payment), Professional and Professional Unlimited (subscriptions).

The one-off document plan unlocks the watermark-free PDF of one specific document, tied to its verified site, for 14 days from the purchase. During that period, regenerating that same document is possible at no extra cost. After the deadline, the unlock ends and a new plan is required.

Subscriptions are billed per period (monthly or yearly depending on the selected plan) and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: access to paid features is kept until that date, with no pro-rata refund for the period already started.

Payments are processed by Stripe, acting as payment provider and, where applicable, as merchant of record (Managed Payments). INFRAPacket never has access to full card details. Prices are shown excluding tax; applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Any refund or claim request related to the service may be sent to INFRAPacket via the Contact page and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable legal rights. If a payment is disputed with the customer's bank or card issuer, access to the affected paid features may be suspended while the dispute is being processed.
